Individual & Small Group Training

We will work with your player in an individual or small group setting. These workouts/lessons will be tailored with your individual goals in mind but will focus on individual skill development including: ball handling, shooting, scoring moves, finishing, footwork, defense, and athleticism. 

These will be scheduled based on your gym and personal availability starting ASAP.

The importance of individual skill work on ball handling, correct shooting form, shooting repetition drills, scoring moves, different ways to finish, and agility can take a player/team to the next level

For small group/team training, these sessions can be tailored to your group's needs. Examples include: "shooting" session, "defense" session, "overall skill development" session, "team building" session, etc.

Pricing is flexible based on factors including location, length of time, numbers, etc.
